Mini Clubman Mixer

Project Description

This unique project brought custom recorded elements into the equation creating a completely stylized music experience. In this project a MINI was taken to a remote garage in Belgium where it was completely sampled, creating a library of sounds generated from the car itself. Upon completion several backing tracks were created and then combined with the samples to allow users to create custom tracks using sounds from the car. These user generated creations could then be downloaded as an MP3 and used as a ringtone. It was a fascinating project allowing for the entire sound creation from the ground up using the vehicle as the starting point.
